LUNCH: Wednesday to Friday – 12.15pm

Presented by “ The Gaze Productions”
Tony is carried home to Cork in an urn, having died of AIDS in London. Inexplicably, he still has the gift of speech and a few of his other senses as well. As he tries to come to terms with his predicament, his friends make fitful efforts to carry out his last wish – to scatter his ashes on the grave of Little Nellie of Holy God in the local convent.
This play is an unapologetic look at the lives of people that struggled to be who they were in a City that didn’t accept them. It shows the grittier side of Cork and all its residents. The nostalgic feeling only compliments the outrageousness of the plot. The play touches on topics of grief, death, Aids, LGBT struggles and faith, but not one overshadows the other. They all come together to create a truly unique experience that has previously left audiences in laughing fits and hysterics.
Having fallen in love with the show, the three performers Niall Holland, Shane Corcoran and Alex Herlihy set up The Gaze Productions with the sole purpose of presenting this play to a wider audience.
LUNCH: €12.50 (includes light lunch and show). Lunch is served from 12.15pm. Show starts at 1pm. Show without lunch €10
