Join us every Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday at Moloney Strand or Dunworley Beach in the heart of West Cork. We have spectacular views from our Finnish Sauna and you can grab a West Cork Coffee after your session! We have our ice-baths on site during event days.
