Brewery Tour & Beer Tasting with option to pour your own stout! During this experience, learn about the enchanting history of the Franciscan Well monastery and the monks that once brewed beer back in the 12th century. Hear about the legend of the ‘Well’ and how pilgrims from all over Ireland travelled to drink the miraculous water from it.
The brewing process is outlined and explained in the Franciscan Well microbrewery, followed by a fun and informative session that includes a beer tasting of three award winning craft beers and insights into how to judge the beers for their diverse flavours.
