Surrounded by Mountains, Glengarriff Harbour is home to the World Famous Garinish Island. Making the most of the Gulf Stream nearby Garinish Island is home to flowers usually grown in more tropical parts of the world including Italy, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. Garinish Island is also home to a Martello Tower which provides panoramic views of the area.

See seals basking on the rocks on route to the Island and occasionally Sea Eagles watching over the bay while on board the Harbour Queen.
