As part of Cork on a Fork 2023, we here at Gallaghers are proud to bring 'Beara Brunch' to MacCurtain St. on Saturday the 19th of August. Our team are ready and waiting to wow foodies of Cork once again with another knock out event. On the day, enjoy an afternoon of bespoke cocktails, created using Beara Gin and Beara Whiskey, which are paired alongside a delicious brunch tasting menu - uniquely created for this event. Beara Distillery, situated near Castletownbere on the Beara Peninsula, Co. Cork, is a family-run distillery who believe in the motto "The cure for everything is sea air and salt water." The Power family set about their journey to build the Beara brand and a legacy for future generations here in Beara, producing various spirits such as Beara Ocean Gin, Beara Pink Ocean Gin, Beara Black Cask Blend Irish Whiskey, Beara Single Grain Irish Whiskey and Beara Single Malt Irish Whiskey. Our fantastic kitchen and bar teams have been working hard behind the scenes to bring this event to life. This unique & immersive event is an afternoon not to be missed by the foodies of Cork.
