As the sun begins to set and the doors are open wide, we look forward to welcoming whiskey aficionados and curious connoisseurs alike to gather in anticipation of a truly extraordinary experience - and plenty of craic!
The rich aromas of oak, malt, and spice will fill the air, setting the stage for an exploration of the Method and Madness range. We will be joined on the night by Barrett Stapleton, Distiller at Middleton Micro Distillery , and Matthew Smyth, Prestige Whiskey Ambassador and co-host of the podcast The Centre Cut.
Barrett and Matthew will host the evening, taking guests through a tasting of four exceptional whiskeys. With each sip, you will be transported on a sensory journey, discovering the intricate layers and nuances of these delectable Irish whiskeys.
The buzzing atmosphere of Costigan's Pub will provide the perfect backdrop for lively conversations and connections to be made, as people share their appreciation for the craftsmanship and artistry that goes into every bottle.

T?he tasting will take place from 7pm - 9pm in our atmospheric beer garden on Little Anne Street and we will be serving finger food so don't worry, you won't go hungry. We will also have live music with the much loved Roy Buckley starting at 9pm inside the pub so you can continue your evening with us.
