From cow butts to the Taj Mahal--journey through the world as you've never seen it before!
Cork-based photographer Gretchen Kessler is announcing the opening of her very first solo exhibition at the Hideout Café and Gallery on Wellington Road. Gretchen originally hails from Ohio, USA, and has been a proud resident of Cork city for two years now. She has spent the last decade photographing the far-flung corners of the world, culminating now in her upcoming exhibition titled “Ireland…and the World!” Gretchen’s photographic style is trained to spot the remarkable in the mundane, whether it’s a haunting Transylvanian forest vista drowning in mist, or an irreverent camel taking a pee break outside the Great Pyramids of Giza.
Expect wistful, romantic vistas alongside ribcage-nudging humour. There’s something for everyone!
