Formerly the deservedly popular Raymond's, this smart modern restaurant near the gates of the Old Midleton Distillery is known for excellent modern cooking and good service. It was taken over by Pat Ferriter and former head chef Stephen Lee in 2017 and, while the new owners are putting their own stamp on it, Ferrit & Lee retains a loyal local following - and it's especially convenient for visitors to the distillery.
Our Modern Irish style menu changes seasonally and is always evolving but the one thing that is always present is flavour!!! The dishes we create are a tribute to the butchers, fishmongers, growers, cheese-makers brewers and distillers that we have on our doorstep here in east Cork and in Ireland in general.
We take great pride in our drinks selection. We stock a number of local craft beers ranging from Kinsale to Ballyvourney to Clonakilty. Our wine supplier is Liberty Wines, who pride themselves on being the only wine supplier in Ireland to be credited with a carbon-neutral certificate. All our wines are from sustainable wineries, something that we are very passionate about! Our wine menu is quite extensive and we also have an ever-changing wine of the month, giving our customers the chance to try some new quirky and interesting wines that they may not normally try
