Our food is made with the very best of ingredients, all prepared fresh daily, and using 100% certified Irish chicken and meat. You won’t find any freezers or microwaves in our kitchens! All our meats are marinated overnight, and cooked fresh daily. Our Avocados are mashed 3 times a day to create are famous Burritos & Blues Guacamole, and all our salsa’s are prepared in house from scratch.
All our meats are carefully marinated overnight, grilled and chopped on demand each day, ensuring that all our meat in your burrito is fresh and tender.
Finally, our Mexican Spiced Rice and Salsa are put on the stove and cooked gently for 3-4 hours, to ensure that all our ingredients get to the rolling process as fresh as possible in front of your eyes.
It all gets rolled together to make an unbelievable burrito. As we say: Usually when you roll something this good, its illegal!!
