Ballydehob Jazz Festival celebrates its 14th year in 2021. A festival that takes place in the heart of the Mizen head in West Cork, and is renowned for its eclectic programme in music, dance and art.

This year the festival plans a series of streamed performances of cutting edge of contemporary Irish jazz; multidisciplinary premiere of renowned Irish Trombonist Paul Dunlea's Roaring Water Suite (Loch Trasna) ( an original commission) exploring local War of Independence and Civil War stories, with live audience and streamed ( pending public health restrictions), annual Day of the Dead jazz funeral parade, celebrating lives that never got a proper send-off during Covid; plus collaboration on Street Art, Mural, Street Dance and Spectacle.
