We are currently milking 40 buffalo in our farm in Drimoleague and transforming the milk into buffalo mozzarella, ricotta and cheddar on a daily basis. On our home farm in the Toon Valley we summer graze the young buffalo alongside a small herd of Connemara ponies. We also work with a local bee keeper who keeps bees on our farm and sells us the resulting honey.
