Take a dip with Gormú in one of Ireland’s most storied bodies of water - Castle Haven, once haunted by pirates, smugglers, and site of Ireland's largest ever naval battle. Today it's a peaceful haven of tranquility and we would love to have you join us on our two swim experiences.

Our dawn pilgrimage swims with hot breakfast and our summer evenings by the fire-pit glowing with bioluminescence, these guided experiences blend safe waters, small groups, local lore, and a deep sense of dúchas.
