Shandon Bells & Tower

The iconic Shandon Bells is in the heart of Cork City. Dating back to 1722, it was originally built as a chapel of ease to the former St. Mary's Church in Shandon. The tower is visible from many parts of the city, integral to the life and soul of the city's heritage. Climbing up the 136 steps of the Shandon Bells will provide you with outstanding 360-degree views of the city!
