The Killumney Inn has been run by the Sheahan family since July 1983. It was orginally run by Michael Snr and his wife Susan, now by Michael Jnr and his wife Tessie.

Through extensive refurbishment the Killumney Inn has been transformed throughout the years with the addition of the restaurant in 1996 and the beer garden in 2010.

The bar has a large selection of beers on tap, local craft beers and selected spirits. The restaurant caters to all tastes with a large menu featuring steaks, seafood, burgers and daily specials. The Killumney Inn is involved in the local community through sponsoring the Killumney United soccer team, hosting charity motorbike runs and helping with charities.
