Join us for summerSING! 2023, an incredible festival dedicated to honouring the unique voices and boundless imagination of young people. SummerSING! is much more than a summer camp - this July the Festival (based in Cork College of FET, Douglas Street Campus) will take participants on a captivating journey into the magical world of storytelling through song.

We bring together child participants, youth volunteers and professionals from the arts sector to offer a safe and supporting stage where dreams come alive. The children’s voices are put at the heart of everything we do, in order to empower them and nurture their love for musical culture. Through dynamic workshops, interactive performances, and collaborative activities children will be encouraged to express their unique personalities, embrace their individuality, and experience the joy of self-expression. Creating a multidisciplinary performance piece they will be able to shine and express themselves like never before.

SummerSING! also offers the remarkable opportunity for participants to step into the shoes of a recording artist. In a guided recording session with professional equipment, we’ll help them create their very own musical masterpiece to be released globally.
