The power of wisdom & imagination to create the life we want Talks & guided meditations Is deep and lasting positive change possible in our lives? Yes! It’s quite natural for us to feel our present self identity and life is quite fixed. Although we may want to change, our attempts to make this happen can often be met with frustration and discouragement. In this half-day meditation course, we will explore how according to Buddha’s wisdom teachings on emptiness, the true nature of things, our identity and life depends completely on how we perceive ourselves, others and the world around us. By changing our perception of ourselves, others and the world, we change who we are, and steer our life in the positive direction we want. On the basis on this new found insight into our innate freedom and flexibility to change, we will learn how we can harness the power of our imagination to re-imagine ourself and our life, in the way we wish it to be. If we want to be more loving, more compassionate, more wise, less fearful, less anxious and consistently happy, we can be. We will learn how we can use all our experiences in daily life, as the very means to help us do just this. Suitable for beginners and those with more experience, the morning includes talks and guided meditations, with time for Q&A.
