This is a night of traditional music, singing, dancing and storytelling with a strong emphasis on audience participation. Light refreshments will be served while you sample the atmosphere of an old stone house with a stove in the corner. Oiche Cheoil Tradisúnta will take place in the restored homestead of our own famous Sam Maguire. The residence is situated in the townland of Mallabracka which is approximately 3 miles to the north of Dunmanway town. It’s signposted off the Macroom and Kealkil roads. There is ample parking at the house and toilet facilities are also available. This event is being organised by Comhaltas, Craobh Dúnmaonmhuí who recently hosted Fleadh Cheoil Chorcaí here in Dunmanway.
