After working with several Michelin star chefs and restaurants in Ireland and the U.K. Patrick returned to his native Cork, and opened Les Gourmandises, with his wife, Soizic.

An immediate success and highly acclaimed by both critics and food writers, Les Gourmandises went on to win numerous awards, most recent of which, the "Best Restaurant in Munster".

Known for using the best French and locally sourced products, and well sourced wines, Les Gourmandises continues to offer fine french dining at the highest of standards.

The restaurant is located in the heart of Cork City. The menu is based on French cuisine, using fresh produce from the local market.

Before opening Les Gourmandises Pat worked as a Sous Chef and Soizic as Head Sommeliere for the 2** Michelin restaurant Patrick Guilbaud on Merrion Square.
