We opened our new cafe in 2018 in Skibbereen. This exciting new venture brings much of the Glebe Gardens' ethos to the town. Though the Gardens are in Baltimore, our menus in Skibbereen continue to be inspired the vegetables and herbs grown by Jean as well as other produce sourced from the extensive food suppliers based in West Cork.
Our Chef Bob Cairns is taking the helm of our Skibbereen base. Bob, formerly head chef of Andrew Edmunds, in London's Soho, moved over to west Cork a few years ago. Before joining us he worked in Glensallagh Gardens where he grew vegatables and worked the land making him the perfect fit for Glebe Gardens new chef!
