Those of you who have never tried a smashed burger are in for a treat. We take our unique 80/20 blend of fresh, local beef from the Allshires in Rosscarbery. We do exactly what it says on the tin and smash it directly down on to our hot plate resulting in two delicious, juicy patties with frayed crispy edges. We are open Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings from 4 to 8pm, and we recommend pre-ordering as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
